We are here and we want YOU to get involved!

GraftonStreet.ie has been around for over 2 years now, but it still feels like a proper introduction should take place – so much has happened during this time!

We are now on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram – we are actively seeking YOU out, to make the site and the street an even better experience. No matter if it is your shopping Mecca, your 3 hour coffee break with your best mate or a night on the town – you may even be working here or own a business. The idea is that we are all a living, breathing part of this landmark that is Grafton Street and Graftonstreet.e should reflect YOU.

So how do we build a community – online – that is a reflection of the street and that will boost and enhance the experience? Well – it all starts now: In the next couple of weeks and months we will organise competitions, polls, announce happenings and advertise events unique to the area.

If you are a business owner or event organiser, if you are a regular commuter, a Graftoneer – let us know your latest news and happenings. About Grafton Street

Grafton Street was named after Henry FitzRoy, The 1st Duke of Grafton, he was the illegitimate son of Charles II of England who owned land in the area and was developed from a country lane by the Dawson family in 1708, after whom the parallel Dawson Street is named.

Grafton Street runs from the top of St. Stephen's Green to (Trinity) College Green.
