A new magazine promoting Ireland to Chinese tourists and business travellers has been launched by BusinessChina.ie.

Huan Ying Ireland (Welcome to Ireland) provides information on Top Tourist Attractions, City Highlights, Luxury Shopping, Gift Guide, Eating Out Guide, Entertainment and Nightlife, Festivals and Cultural Events Listing as well as Useful Tips, Information and Maps for Chinese Tourists. Each issue includes a number of special feature articles such as Irish Craft and Design, Studying in Ireland, Doing Business in Ireland, it will also contain feature articles written by Chinese Tourists about their travels around Ireland.

The magazine is launching just as Tourism Ireland are targeting an increase in the number of visitors from China to Ireland. Chinese people are currently the world’s largest spenders on travel.

Lord Mayor of Dublin, Oisín Quinn has welcomed the launch of the magazine.

“Huan Ying is a fantastic publication and will be of great benefit not only to Dublin and Ireland and to the many Irish people and businesses in the tourism, hospitality and retail sector”.

The magazine will be sold in both Ireland and China.
